The United Nations Security Council met on Feb. 3, 2003 to hear US Secretary of State Colin Powell deliver a presentation on the dangers posed to the world by Iraq. The presentation collected all the alleged evidence possessed by the US on Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction programs.
