Falling out of a window is dangerous. Luckily, window manufacturers seem to have caught on to that fact. A reader in Washington, D.C. found the following warnings on his window frame: "Open windows can be dangerous. Ignoring this warning could lead to injury or death." And, "Screens cannot protect children from falling out of the window!"
