An evening titled "Europe or Chaos?" at the Théâtre du Rond Point in Paris attracted a sizeable audience on Jan. 28, 2013, but was more a chance for high-minded intellectuals to rattle off references to the Continent's historical greatness than propose real solutions to future challenges.
