Building Berlin's Central Station

In an exhibition for the German Museum of Technology, photographer Roland Horn documents the construction of the Berlin Hauptbahnhof central station, which will open this weekend in the capital.

Berlin photographer Roland Horn spent the past eight years capturing the various stages of construction of Berlin's spectacular new central train station, which will be one of Europe's largest when it opens this weekend. His black and white and color photographs have been collected in a new exhibition at the German Museum of Technology (Deutsches Technikmuseum) entitled "Berlin Hauptbahnhof: 1999-2006."
