Berlin photographer Roland Horn spent the past eight years capturing the various stages of construction of Berlin's spectacular new central train station, which will be one of Europe's largest when it opens this weekend. His black and white and color photographs have been collected in a new exhibition at the German Museum of Technology (Deutsches Technikmuseum) entitled "Berlin Hauptbahnhof: 1999-2006."
SPIEGEL ONLINE has posted a selection photographs from the Horn exhibition, which runs through August 30 in Berlin.
