A group of vessels called Hobie Cats in the shimmering Baltic Sea. For the 121st time the small German town of Travemünde is hosting an international sailing competition and festival. Until Aug. 1, about 1,500 participants will compare their skills in sailing regattas that are expected to attract more than one million spectators.
