A sculpture made out of bicycles at the Gdansk Shipyard, where the Solidarity movement was launched 30 years ago. The trade union movement forced the then ruling communists to give concessions to striking shipyard workers. This eventually lead to the democratic changes of 1989. The sculpture pays tribute to the shipyard workers, whose most common mode of transportation was bicycles.
