They say everything's bigger in America -- and, in this case, they might just be right. Here, Christy Harp, a high school teacher from Massillon, Ohio, shows off her potentially world-record-setting pumpkin. The behemoth, pictured here in the bed of a pickup truck, weighed in at 1,725 pounds (782 kilograms). She had submitted it to a competition at the Ohio Valley Giant Pumpkin Growers weigh-off in Green Township, Ohio, and took home the $2,500 (€1,700) cash prize.
