The long, dark, drab days of late autumn and winter have arrived in Central Europe. Normally, that is a boon for stores selling UV lamps to treat seasonal depression. In Warsaw on Wednesday, however, locals could simply climb to the top of one of the city's few high-rises for a fantastic, if rare, view of the top of a thick blanket of fog covering the city. Those down below likely weren't as impressed.
