It ain't tear gas, it's milk! As thousands of dairy farmers descended on Brussels on Monday with tractors and fake cows to protest the European Union's agricultural policies, a police officer got hosed down with the white stuff. The European Parliament building got sprayed with milk as well. The farmers are upset about over-production and falling milk prices. Nearly 160,000 dairy farmers in Europe have been put out of work since the dairy-industry crisis in 2009, according to the European Milk Board.
