Revellers throw colored powder into the air at a Holi festival celebration in Berlin on Sunday. Holi, known as the festival of colors, is traditionally celebrated in India and other Hindu countries at the beginning of spring. The idea was exported to the German capital, however, to coincide with its summer season of open air parties.
