A dachshund representing the country of Ecuador patiently waits out the rain at the Dachshund United Nations performance in Sydney, Australia. Artist Bennett Miller put on the event outside the city's Museum of Contemporary Art, which described it as a "joyful and chaotic" exploration of the "utopian aspirations" associated with the international organization.
