Bernd Lucke, co-founder of Germany's anti-euro party Alternative for Germany, says the euro crisis can be solved if the Southern European countries leave the monetary union -- not with a big bang, but slowly and quietly. The countries' national central banks would then tie these currencies to the euro at fixed rates.
