Magalie Rigaud, an aid worker for German Catholic relief agency Caritas, was trapped in the rubble of a supermarket for eight hours after last Tuesday's earthquake. She was determined to survive. "If you want to die, die quietly, but don't demoralize us," she told a fellow victim who was panicking. They were rescued by three youths after knocking against the rubble and shining a flashlight through the cracks.
