Mostar was one of Yugoslavia's largest multiethnic cities prior to the outbreak of war in the 1990s. It's famous bridge, the Stari Most, was blown up during the fighting, but has since been rebuilt with EU money. But getting the Croats and the Bosniaks in town to work together isn't always easy.
