Jörg Schindler

Geboren 1968 in Darmstadt, studierte Germanistik, Anglistik und Soziologie in Frankfurt am Main und Edinburgh. Er war Redakteur und Reporter der "Frankfurter Rundschau", seit 2012 arbeitete er im Berliner Büro des SPIEGEL. Er war dort zuständig für die Themenbereiche Terrorismus, Extremismus und Innere Sicherheit.
Seit April 2017 SPIEGEL-Korrespondent in London.
Schindler ist Träger des Wächterpreises für investigativen Journalismus und des Henri-Nannen-Preises. Er ist Autor der beiden Bestseller "Die Rüpel-Republik" und "Stadt, Land, Überfluss" (erschienen im Fischer-Verlag).
